Designed with 6 planing knife pockets for high-speed planing (up to 12,000 rpm) and moulding applications , this cutterhead streamlines knife changes, reduces maintenance, and delivers exceptional surface quality. The HSK (Hollow Taper Shank) connection provides superior clamping stability through three contact surfaces: the taper, clamping area, and flange face, ensuring extremely low run-out, excellent rigidity, and repeatable accuracy. The PowerLock Quick-Lock system is ideal for demanding production environments where efficiency, precision, and reliability are critical.
